Complaint channels

According to the IBGC code of conduct, the institute provides service channels to receive manifestations, contributions, compliments, criticisms and complaints.


Ombudsman

Allegations could be sent to ouvidoria@ibgc.org.br, that will be directed to Josino Fonseca associate.
Complaints regarding to the code of conduct will be directed to Conduct Committee of IBGC.

Code of Conduct

All complaints regarding to the code of conduct will be directed to the current coordinator of Conduct Committee Martin Bernard by e-mail comissaoconduta@ibgc.org.br

All complaints received will be dealt by the committee with confidentially. Anonymous reports will be accepted only, if the content is relevant that would allow the continuation of the case by the Conduct Committee.
